Health situation in Japan
After a significant improvement in the health situation and a brief, relative easing of entry requirements at the end of 2021, the Onicron variant spread rapidly starting in January. This new wave appears to have peaked in early February and is now clearly receding.
The Japanese government announced on February 17th a relaxation of entry requirements. We welcome this announcement, which marks the first step towards reopening borders to tourists and resuming our language courses. We are therefore maintaining our summer program schedule (July and August), which you can pre-book without obligation at this time.
Access to Japanese territory for foreigners
Entry into Japan is currently limited to Japanese citizens, foreign residents in Japan, and a few other categories of people; it is still not possible to enter Japan with a simple "tourist" visa.

At school
The school is open. We remain very cautious and are implementing the following measures to guarantee the health and safety of students and staff:
- Hand disinfection systematic upon arrival,
- Wearing a mask OBLIGATORY,
- Limit on the number of students by class,
- Disinfection of rooms after each class,
- Ventilation increased use of premises.
Furthermore, we are aware of the unpredictability of the current situation and the uncertainties that this entails. We have therefore adapted the cancellation policy for stays. as follows:
- Report : It is possible to postpone a stay without any date limit.
- Refund : In the event of impossibility to leave the territory (cancelled flight, border closure, lockdown) or in the event of closure imposed by the Japanese government, we will refund all expenses incurred.
- Cancelation If the cancellation occurs "as a precaution" on the part of the participant, we will apply the Terms and Conditions and retain the deposit paid. However, this deposit may be used for a future stay without any date limit.
- Deposit Finally, the payment of the deposit which usually validates the registration is deferred until the reopening of the Japanese borders is confirmed.
These conditions remain valid until the health situation stabilizes.
Finally, we offer different formats of online courses to allow our students to continue to progress: courses intensive, privates And regulars, chat rooms. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
