This page describes our general terms and conditions of sale for the online sale of the following products: Private Conversation, Chat Rooms, Online Private Lessons.
1. Online payment:
We use the services of the company Stripe for our online payments.
2. Validity of packages:
Packages of 5 lessons are valid for two months for all applicable online products. Packages of 10 lessons are valid for three months for all applicable products. Lessons not used within the validity period are non-refundable except under the conditions defined in the following paragraph.
3. Postponement and cancellation of reserved classes, lateness:
You have the option to reschedule an appointment on your page. My account You can book your session on our website up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After this deadline, the session cannot be rescheduled and will be automatically deducted from your course credits, even if you are unable to attend. In this case, we still ask that you notify your instructor directly (their email address is included in the Zoom invitation).
If you are going to be late for an appointment, please notify your teacher directly (their email address is in the Zoom invitation). If you haven't notified us of your delay, the teacher will wait for you for 25 minutes. After this time, the Zoom connection will be closed and the lesson will be deducted from your appointment credit.
If the delay is our responsibility, the course will naturally be extended to its normal duration.
If we are unable to provide a course for an unforeseen reason, such as the sudden unavailability of one of our teachers or a technical problem, we will refund you for the course or, with your agreement, reschedule it for a later date.
