After a two-year hiatus (due to the pandemic), Cinema Caravan is finally relaunching the Zushi Beach Film The festival, now in its 11th edition, will take place from April 28th to May 8th, 2022. Cinema Caravan is a collective of people from diverse backgrounds, including photographers, musicians, painters, carpenters, and cooks. They define themselves as a catalyst for revitalizing neighborhoods through collaborations with local communities and cultures.
What is this about?
As the name suggests, this festival takes place on Zushi Beach, the closest natural beach to Tokyo. In addition to daily screenings of films and documentaries in both Japanese and English, you'll find food stalls, rides, skate ramps, a DJ, musical performances, and market stalls. There's even the opportunity to participate in a yoga session on the beach on the morning of May 1st with model Waka Nozawa.
